SAO PAULO, April 13 (Reuters) - Former Brazilian intelligence chief Alexandre Ramagem has been arrested by ICE in the United States, the Brazilian media reported on Monday citing Brazil's federal police, after fleeing Brazil in September following his conviction for plotting a coup with former President Jair Bolsonaro.
